The staff at this hotel were very nice and polite, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The bedroom was incredibly comfortable and clean, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day. The location was also strategic, making it easy to visit Makassar's iconic landmarks.
Everything was great and there is nothing that I believe needs improvement.

The hotel is newly opened, less than a year old, and it shows in their attention to detail. The staff are very helpful, polite, and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay from start to finish. The location, while not in the beach area, is still convenient and walkable to Losari Beach in about 15 minutes. Additionally, the rooms were upgraded to Deluxe, showcasing the hotel's commitment to giving guests the best experience possible.
Everything was just fine.

The room was spacious and had a nice view. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was good.
The location was far from the beach. During the busy Christmas season, there was limited parking and it was difficult to find a spot.

The hotel was quite new, and it's in a great spot for exploring the city. the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was quite decent.
The hotel seemed to be struggling to keep up with the newness. There was construction noise and odors that drifted into the corridor, which wasn't much fun.
